Colorado:
Colorado Springs (The Citadel Mall): Stores closed temporally in 2024 for lack of adequate security
Connecticut:
Enfield (Enfield Square): pending sale conditional upon the city obtaining a state grant to assist in financing redevelopment
Waterford (Crystal Mall): Namdar said last Spring that it was considering selling it
Florida:
Jacksonville (Regency Square Mall): Purchase is still pending after more than a year: the city continues to fine Namdar for more than $1.6 million for code violations
Illinois:
Bradley Village (Northfield Square): After two years of negotiation, :Namdar has agreed to sell part of its Northfield Square mall to the VIllage, which in November 2024 approved $6.5 million for the purchase
Maine:
Bangor (Bangor Mall): City's lawsuit for compensation for making code violations repairs has ended, with a decision in a few weeks
Michigan:
Flint Township (Genessee Valley Center): Recurring water main breaks; Namdar says that it will consider selling (for $30 million)
North Carolina:
West Sanford (Riverbirch Corner Mall): City began daily fines in October 2024 for failures to make repairs to driveways with potholes
Ohio:
Mansfield (West Park Shopping Center): City is renewing its lawsuit after two years of Namdar refusing to demolish condemned buildings and remove the parking lot
Dublin (Tuttle Crossing Mall): air conditioning failure in Summer 2024
Pennsylvania:
College Township (Nittany Mall): Namdar has sued the city to try to prevent it from making parking lot sinkholes repairs (that Namdar says that it can do cheaper)
Wyomissing (Berkshire Mall): Borough sued Namdar for recurring parking lot sinkholes
