Severance Town Center is a historic landmark that sits in the center of Cleveland Heights. It’s time it is treated as such. Our mission is to reclaim and rediscover a key landmark in our city, creating something new, green, and incredibly important for the benefit of our community and the future of Cleveland Heights as a whole.

A historically integral part of our city, now nearly a ghost town
The land encompassing Cleveland Heights’ now Severance Town Center is significant going back to the early 1900s.
This large space at the heart of Cleveland Heights now sits nearly abandoned, and the longer it remains in its current ownership, the more it deteriorates, and the less it serves our community.
Severance’s mall sign is outdated and incomplete. Many of the spaces listed here are no longer there.
